We are pleased to offer a web-based Option preview and ordering system to assist you in selecting Options available for your home. Your "login name" and "password" will be given to you when you sign your contract. After you receive your login name and password, you can access the Options system by clicking on the web link below.

Prior to your Options meeting with a Design Center representative you will need to:

• Visit the models
• Review the as-built electrical diagram and determine which electrical package you require. At some communities you will need to determine the location of additional lighting, electrical, phone or cable outlets
• Review the Options listings online by option groups and select options you are interested in

Please be advised that Ponderosa Homes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to specifications, features and materials without notice or obligation. Prices shown are subject to change.

If an Option is past the construction cut-off date, it will be highlighted in yellow and you will be unable to select that option.

The web based option system does not include flooring or countertop upgrades. Orders are not final until you meet with a Design Center representative.
