HOMEOWNER REPAIR REQUEST
In order to process your repair request in the most efficient manner, the following information will be required when entering your request:
Room: This is a dropdown list of rooms. Since the rooms are specific to the Project and not to your home, please refer to the Floor Plan drawing for your home located in your Buyer Orientation Manual. The rooms are in alphabetical order.
Trade: This is a dropdown list of the general repair category (i.e., plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc). The trades are in alphabetical order.
Discrepancy: This is a dropdown list by trade of commonly occurring homeowner repair requests.
Description/Comments: Add additional comments, if required.
Your Email Address: When you submit your Homeowner Repair Request, please enter an email address if you would like an electronic confirmation that your Request was received.
Please enter as much information as you can. If this is a TRUE EMERGENCY, please call (925) 932-5802 and a field representative will contact you as soon as possible.
