Ponderosa Homes Celebrates Jeff Schroeder’s Induction into the California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame Class of 2025

The CHF Hall of Fame represents the pinnacle of recognition in our industry, celebrating leaders who have shaped the future of homebuilding in California. His induction, announced as part of the 40th Annual Hall of Fame Gala, is a testament to his exceptional career, philanthropic spirit, and dedication to elevating the standards of our industry.

The Gala, to be held on June 10, 2025, at the Westin Anaheim Resort, will highlight Jeff’s extraordinary journey alongside fellow inductees Paul Barnes of Shea Homes, Michael Battaglia of New Home Co., Bob Raymer of California Code Consultants, and Ivy Zelman of Zelman & Associates. This year’s event will feature a more personal and unscripted format, allowing Jeff and his peers to share their unique stories with an audience of influential builders, developers, and industry leaders.
